rough running B2200

hey all...new here...
i have a 1987 mamazda2200 that i just can't get to run smooth. the
problem does not happen all the time making it tough to get a
didiagnostic
it lurches at acceleration, then when up to speed, more
missing....everything i can think of to change has been done...plug,
wires, sosolenoid, cap, rotor, fuel pump, filter etc...

any help?

be looking at the EGR and carb (if it has one).
Disconnect the EGR valve and see if it makes a
change.

If its got a lot of miles on it, the valve seals are
probably gone too and its blowing oil out the back.

I'd also check, if its got a carb, the gasket and/or bolt tightness around
the carb mounting.
