Possibly old gas in the line.

possibly a thorough tune-up would help.

more than likely it is a fuel problem, plugged areas.

gasoline has a tendency to completely evaporate overtime leaving a gooey
/ hard residue that plugs the fuel system.

a fuel additive like techron might help clean the fuel system.
