My windshield washer stopped working, but I checked the pump and it
works (hooked it directly to the battery).

Next thing to check is the relay, but I can't locate.  If anyone's
found it, could you describe exactly where it is and what it looks
like?

the owner's manual just shows an arrow pointing to the passenger side
of the engine comparment, but there's no pics.

thanks for the help in advance

Did you check to see if you are getting power from the switch at the
pump?

It is in auxiliary relay box #2 on the right front of the engine
compartment.

You will know you have the correct relay when you find the one with 5 wires
in it's connector that three are White with a black stripe , one is tan with
a red stripe, and one is black with a white stripe.  At least that is what
the wiring diagram shows.
