After some Googling, it appears to me that Flex-O-Glass is soft vinyl
sheet. Such vinyl is highly plasticized to make it soft. The plasticizers
are quite volatile and will offgas, leading to discoloration of whatever
they're sitting on. The same thing will happen to plastic flooring if
vinyl-backed mats are placed on it. Glass will not discolor, though.
There is nothing you can do at this point. Hopefully the sun will
eventually bleach the color back to some consistency.
