Hello People....
I really would like some advise before I take the motor to the dealer
for a high bill!  Back last week I had my car broken into and my radio
stolen but they just ripped all the stereo out and left bare wires
well they did blow a fuse for the dash lights, sides etc and I replaced
that and sorted it but now ive noticed that my car clock keeps
resetting to 1.00 every time I turn the car off and start her again
and also my mileage gos back to 847.00, I guess its my mileage, its
under my clock! I have no radio in the car now....I have a peugeot
106, yr 2000...Some help would be great!

Thanks

Seems evident that you didn't get the wiring correctly sorted out.  Give it
another try, using the factory shop manual's schematics.  Bad guesses about
what is supposed to connect to what can cause REAL problems...which you might
have now, but the fire simply hasn't started yet.

Hey Alex, Webpa...and peeps
Thanks to those who have replied I am greatful! And I wish I would of
caught the twat that nicked me radio and break his legs and stamp on
his head lol...it was somone who didnt know what they was doin cos
when they popped my window they must have ramed a screwdriver into the
corner on the window and bent and chiped the frame also popping the
window when they could of just tap it with the edge of screwdriver and
like I said instead of just unclippin the radio they just ripped! The
thing im gutted about was I only bought it a couple of months ago £140
on credit and it was a popfront but I put the pop off in the dash, out
of sight!
Anyways, I checked all my fuses again this morning and another 20 has
blown...it must be the live wire for the radio touching somthing....I
noticed last night that my interior light was not working again so I
double checked the fuses...I would like to ask another question the
radio wires coming from the car are pink so I guess is my live, Pale
blue, I dont know what this is! and my earth-green/yellow these are
thick wires and also my speaker wires but would anyone know what the
blue wire would be...I installed a radio on my old bangor escort no
probs and fitted my cd-player that got nicked no probs but this looks
more complicated!

Thanks to u all 4 replyin ;)

If I remember correctly, the blue is an option wire for a power aerial

Cheers,
