I was wondering if anybody had any knowledge about the Tornado fuel saver
systems that you insert in the air intake.  They claim and raise gas mileage
up to 30%.  Wondering if any good or any other ideas out there.

Thanks

I've seen several discussions in this, and other, news groups, and
most people post that putting anything in the air intact that
restricts air flow, can force the engine to work harder to breath.
Therefore wasting fuel.

Do a google search for the term in news groups and you should get the
past posts.

hth,

tom

This stuff is crap. It exists only to suck money out of your wallet
and move it into theirs. There is no magic bullet. If there were,
we would all be using it.

You can buy snake oil that will cure you acne as well as increase
your fuel mileage.  IF that stuff worked every vehicle
manufacture would use it.  Save you money, you can
do better by driving you car 10% less often

Just an observation, not specific to this product, don't you notice
the guys at work who buy and/or talk about great products like this,
run their cars with low pressure in their tires, trucks loaded with
junk, and never heard of doing a tune up on their engine before 200k
miles?

Just weird,

tom
