Used Lexus RX300 vs Acura MDX

Which has better value and quality?
Talking about 1999-2002 RX300 and 2001-2002 Acura MDX
Used car prices for both appear to be very close
Anyone would consider comparing the two with MB ML models or BMW X5?

My preception (and NOT based on any facts) is that the Benz and the
Bimmer are better cars....both followed by the Lexus and finally the
Acura

None of these vehicles are on any interest to me personally...Just not
my type of vehicle..

I think you should ask you question in the
Benz, Lexus, Bimmer, and Acura newsgroups... at least you should
get some opinions that are backed up by facts...

Both are over-priced for an AWD mini van. However, of the
two, the Lexus is probably the better choice. Honda has had
quite a few problems with the AWD Acura Odyssey (aka MDX).
Porous engine blocks, automatic transmission woes, cluncky
rear ends, etc. The jacked-up AWD Camry Wagon (aka RX300) is
pretty bullet proof - just over priced.
