My 7 year old son wanted to suprise me by changing my car color and
now I have got sprayed oil paint on lower side of my left Car Door, I
have tried many cleaning agents right from windex to rubbing alchol
but with no result, however I could remove a small patch with paint
thinner but it took me one hour to remove a one inch patch and my
fingers are still numb. Any thoughts on how to to get it out quickly??

Couple things come to mind.

1.  Get a buffer and use buffing compound to get ride of it.
2.  Find spray paint the same color or the car and go over it.

You need the proper type of paint thinner.  Get some for oil
based paint, WBMA

try easy-off oven cleaner. apply it to the unwanted paint, let it sit for a
few min, then wipe off. depending on the type and thickness of paint, it
will take anywhere from 2 to 10 min to soften it. this is how I remove the
lettering on trucks that are being sold without ruining the paint job.on the
trucks I use a single edge razor blade to scrape it off carefully, but it
should wipe off also

try a coarse (80 grit) sandpaper, that'll do it.
