Just to clarify, I am seeking the valuation as if it were Dec 1992/January
1993... not today's current value. I tried the NADA Guides site but it only
appears to show current value and only goes back to 1993 for model year of
car. Am I missing something on their website?

You can find the value today by clicking on NADAGuides.com
collector car page. To find the value fifteen or twenty years
ago, try the online archives of a local newspaper, and check the
car ads of that time period to get an approximate estimate,
WBMA..

might try your local library. sometimes they keep the older nada guides.
