This just started maybe a week ago, if the car sits for more then a few hours (like overnight, or all day at work) when i try to start it I have to crank it and crank it for a few minutes, then it starts and runs prefect. It's a 92 Hyundai fuel injected of course. if i run it for a while, hsut it off then start it again a little while later it starts fine (like if i run to the store quick) Also, i've been getting this vibration from (I think) the rear passenger side tire, I thought it might be a bad bearing or something, so I jacked it up and shook the wheel and it felt solid as a rock, i took the wheel off and looked around and everything looked and felt ok. it's a steady vibration when going straight, that gets much worse on hard right turns. -- The more laws and order are made prominent, The more thieves and robbers there will be. --Lao-tzu Okay, without actually starting the car, but turning the keys to the ON or RUN position (whatever you want to call it, just not START, so don't crank the engine), can you hear the fuel pump priming? It sounds like a whirring sound. If you cannot hear that, there may be a problem with your fuel sending unit. As for the vibrating sound, it is most likely a wheel bearing (I know you said you checked it, but it might feel solid to you, but get it going at speed, and you'll notice it). Like the other person said, try just turning the ignition key to the run position for a couple minutes before starting the car .. I'm betting it starts right up. That would indicate that your fuel pump is not pressurizing the fuel rail quickly, or that your fuel rail has lost pressure. Maybe your injector(s) aren't opening, but I doubt it.
