Perhaps you can help...

I have a '91 Dodge Spirit R/T and one headlight is dimmer than the other
one.  Please give me some ideas on what to look for in troubleshooting the
problem?

Thanks in advance for any help you can provide.

Try swapping them, if accessible enough.  If dim lite moves to other
side, replace the bulb.  If it stays on the same side, check for good
contacts--ground as well as hot wires.  HTH, s

Likely a open ground, so the path of the electrical current is traveling
through the high-beam filament in series with the low beam filament (half
voltage to each filament...approximately = dim output)
