Whats an Acura?

I'm being serious? What is one? I have heard of Honda, but I have
never heard of Acura before? I live in the UK. Has this company been
around for a long time and is it linked to Honda in some way?

Cheers. Looks like I learned two news things today. What Acura and
Infinity are. I only knew that Toyota had a different badged luxury
brand previously.
