Garage Sale To Auction is an eBay store that is filled with tools,

I think he ment unsolicited posts ment to purely advertise, in
dicussion groups.

If you are still fuzzy on "What this" is? It's a signature, like a
business card, a title, etc.... typical of those who have sites that
both want to add crediblity to their posts, and maybe invite others
see what they do for a hobby or living.
