I have a Consumer Reports Used Car Buying Guide, the current
one... which only goes as far back as 97. However,  I am shopping for
a car that will be older than that (around 1992 probably).  Does
anyone know how I can get a back-issue of this that covers EARLY 90s?
If not available,  some other source of evaluations and fair price?
