Hi
I have a 1979 Ford F-150 with a 400m. There are a few extras on i
including:Edelbrock Performer 400 intake manifold, Edelbroc
Performer Series Carb(600 cfm), MSD Billet Distributer(centrifuga
advance), and a MSD Ignition Control Module(6a) and so on. I als
just reconditioned the cylinder heads a couple of months ago. I pu
the MSD in at the same time and rebuilt the carberatuer. Once all o
that was done my truck ran alot better and faster up until a coupl
of weeks ago. Evertime I hit the gas nothing but air goes in the car
and the truck wants to die, but when I release the gas the truc
returns to an idle. If anyone can suggest anything please let m
know

Thanks

Check accelerator pump that squirts fule in throttle bores when you
step on gas to prevent leanout before venturis start flowing extra
fuel with the added air volume.
