Hi all

I own a Peugeot 307. Its one of the new 136BHP HDI ones.
My dilemma is this, i need to get new front tyres on the car and my missus is
really unhappy at the fact that they are going to cost £150 each.
The car has 205/50 ZR17 Pirelli P Zero Rosso Extra Load on each corner, and
two of them are going to be £300 fitted (OK Kwik fit is £46 cheaper but thats
not cheap enough), These tyres have a speed rating well in excess of what I
can do in the car, so what are the implications of having different
grades/makes of  tyre on the front and back?
Any recomendations for this penny pincher?

Cheers

Ian

You buy the fancy ride you gotta buy the fancy shoes. Tires is one place not
to scrimp.
