I have a Ford Focus that I sent to a local Firestone for
repair of a flat tire. They advised replacing it with a
snow tire. They also said I needed $700 work to tune it up.
So I paid the $$$. A few days after driving the car off,
I got another flat tire. So I sent the car back to them and
asked them to repair the new flat tire. I paid $150 or so
for another snow tire. I went back to drive the car off
again. As I was driving home, I got another flat tire!
When I got home, just 1/2 a mile away from the Firestone
place, it seemed like there was a baseball-sized depression
in the front tire. I asked them if maybe they did something
to the tire that might have cause it to have a flat. They
said no. I paid another $150 to get another tire. Is it
possible they ripped me off?

i would say that they are probably doing something to your tires so
you have to buy new ones. how long ago did this happen? if in the past
few months you don’t need snow tires.
