its over rated, and since many new cars are so precisely tuned all it
will do is give you the ’muffler factor’ (aka: makes you feel like
your car has more horsepower cuz you put a 5gallon bucket on the end
of your honda’s exaust) Its not gonna give your geo metro a 20HP
boots, "up to 20+ horsepower". I havent run the #’s but I would bet
just ading a higher grade gas will come close to any accual increase
you see.

5 gallon bucket! Now that was funny. :)
But seriously, I have to admit most claims state up to, meaning they
don't actually give, but could. I wonder under what conditions
'could' they give up to 20+ HP.

...so when a product is *guaranteed to deliver up to 20 hp*, it is
really saying that it guarantees it will NOT deliver over 20 hp? Sounds
like a political manipulation of figures, huh? Enjoyed your analogy, s

All this and for only $30 too!
I would simply want to know - HOW? and to the detriment of what?
What of the fuel economy?
Are these questions answered in publicity?
