I am shopping for a good handling large family car or SUV.  I am thinking
about the new Subaru Tribeca but I am wondering about buying such a new
model as well as whether the cost difference is worth it vs. other SUV
options.  Then again Subaru snow handling is legendary.  Thoughts?

Personally I wait at least 1-2 years before buying a new model product run.
The manufacturer doesn't matter.
