'Noise' is a nasty word when it comes to engines and $1000.00 is a wild
assed guess.
If it was only that easy, he would have fixed it because a Jeep with a
dead engine is scrap metal. Realistically knock $4000.00 at the least
off the asking price to cover for a replacement engine.
