Plastic bumper repair

Has anybody attempted to repair plastic bumpers? I have a tear in the bumper
and I was wondering if there is any technique to repair the damage. I read
that 3M DURAMIX 04036 will bond to TPO. Any experience with that?

I'm not sure about repairing them, I think you just replace them.  But
I'll tell you what I think about plastic bumpers....
Well, actually I better not.  I may get in trouble for using those
vulgar words on a newsgroup.

I know I wont ever own a car or truck that does not have STEEL
bumpers...
