Question:
Can she complain and/or report the accident to her insurance and mine and
get me into trouble if no pictures, police report, or anything else was
made?

Description:
Well, I was backing up on a parking lot and this chic was too...I
sincerely did not see her, but she could've moved forward and prevent the
accident.  I was going less than 5 mph, I wasn't even pressing the gass.
Well, after like we bumped, I got down and she did too.  She was all
pissed...according to her her car got two scratches on the back, but mine
got none.  Okay, when she got down she was being very rude to me.  She
called me bitch, little girl, she yelled at me and was just telling me
crap.  I was asking her to calm down, but she kept being rude to me.  I
did not tell her anything offensive.  Ok, no pictures were taken and I got
3 witnesses that support me on her being rude.  she was more than 3/4 ths
on the street...i was only about 4 ft. out of my space when we bumped rear
bumper to rear bumper.  she was completely out of her parking space, she
could've moved forward to prevent accident.  Also, no police report was
made and the only question I have is if any consequences can come from
this incident?  Can she complain and/or report the accident to her
insurance and mine and get me into trouble if no pictures, police report,
or anything else was made?

PLEASE ADVICE ME ON THIS MATTER AND HELP ME!  THANKS FOR YOUR HELP!

For sure she can make a claim.

It wouldn't be smart to report a small accident like that and have it on
either parties record, but people aren't always smart.

Maybe she was happy just cussing you out?  ;-)

Thanks for the advice!!!  Do you think there is any possibility that she
might claim or whatever it is called if she goes ahead w/it?  And I'm
pretty sure she was just happy cussing me out :P !  she freaked out when I
asked the people that were there to come w/me and listen to
everything...she even cussed one of them out.

Ist.  Stop worrying too much.

2nd.  Scratched paint is hardly a major issue.

3rd.  You have witnesses.  You got names, phone numbers right?

4th.  Stop worrying too much.
