I have a 2003 Nissan Altima and the whining of the tires is driving me
crazy!!!!!!!

The faster I go the higher pitched the whine becomes.  There is a
little jiggle in the steering wheel but nothing drastic.

I've checked the tire pressure and all tires are 32psi.

Please help!!!!
Thanks

Jiggle is probably an out of balance wheel.

As for the whine, try getting up to cruising speed, then put the car in
Neutral and let go of the gas pedal. Does the whine stay up with the car
speed, or drop off with the engine speed? Do a couple of revs. Does the
while sound change with the revving? Put the car back into gear.
