My question is what happens if I keep driving like this? Would this in
turn cause other failures?
Thanks!

Caused by out of round drum and/or warped badly worn rotor. As to
other failures, how about dimminised braking ability, overheating the
brakes causing hydraulic failure and excess wear .

General rule: If you have any concerns about your brakes, take it to
a qualified mechanic for inspection.
