Car Title Question..?

Ok heres the deal..

I bought a car from an old guy here in SC.. well he still had the title
from when his sister signed it over to him.. He never got the title in
his name... I have the title and a bill of sale from him.. is that all
im going to need to get the title into my name?

Nope, it wasn't his car to sell.
