rover 820 diesel

help needed, i have an p reg rover 820 2.5 dieseland can not get any power
to the glo plugs, i have checked the fuses and all ok, can anyone give me
an idea, apart from the big cliff thing, any help could result in a big
beer, thanks.

The electrical ground to the engine or body is the first place I would
look.  Second would be fuse link wires.
