What causes my radiator and heater hoses to get sticky?They are
fairly new hoses, I replaced all within 2 years ago. The truck is
seldom driven. The outside of hoses are very sticky to touch, they are
otherwise firm .

You must use Armorall on them...

Have you ever had the vehicle detailed or did you get it from a used car
place?
Both use a spray to make the hoses and wires look nice and pretty for
looks.
