alternator?

hello could it be an alternator problem if when i step on the gas i hear a
revving like noise through my stereo speakers ? thanks

It cold be a hearing aid problem.

Yeah, it could be a cold hearing aid.   Or it could be the alternator
sending out static or it could be the ignition coil, or it could be a
badly wired up radio using unshielded wires too close to an electrical
pulse.
