The "Ultimate ME2" is a natural, one-of-a-kind, proprietary, proven,
independently-tested and environmentally friendly, non-metallic and
non-polluting, liquid fuel performance enhancing additive. Ultimate ME2
is composed of liquid compounds of hydrogen, oxygen, and carbon like
the hydrocarbons in the fuel itself. It works by harnessing the forces
of nature to break down the fuel molecules into finer particles. This
enables a cooler, more uniform and complete combustion which results in
smoother performance, cleaner emissions and better fuel economy.
It scores highly in third party independent testing in strict
accordance with SAE TYPE II J1321, EPA511(including FTT 75), CPR 86 and
CA Title test protocaols for fuel savings and emissions to EPA and CARB
standards.
Test results show a 7% reduction in Hydrocarbon emissions, 33%
reduction in Carbon Monoxide(CO) emissions and 44% reduction in Oxides
of Nitrogen(NOx) emissions. ULTIMATE ME2 is registered with the U.S.
EPA.

I encourage everyone to go read the fuel economy test report. It is one of
the most misleading pieces of bad science I have seen. They used two cars.
For the "control" run, they ran both cars on special test gasoline and then
did a test comparison where one car ran on test gasoline and the other on
test gasoline plus the snake oil. During the control run the control car got
significantly better fuel economy than the "test" car. After the snake oil
was added to the fuel of the test car, it actually got worse fuel economy
than in the "control" run, BUT, the "control vehicle" got much worse fuel
economy than during th intial runs. The 13% fuel saving was based on a
comparison between the control vehicle and the test vehicle during the
second sets of runs. No attempt was made to explain why the control vehicle
got so much worse gas mileage during the second set of test runs. A valid
test would have switched fuels between the two vehicle and rerun the test in
an attempt to eliminate the possibility of a vehicle bias.
The US EPA will test supposed fuel saving devices. Clearly the makers of
this snake oil weren't willing to submit their product to this tresting.
This is a sure sign this is a scam.

Just a note ... the makers of this so-called "snake oil" had nothing
to do with how the Testing was done .. the Independent Labs testing
carried out, we assume, their normal testing, as they do for Ford and
GM, over the last 20 years .. AND ... the results obtained on the
first test prompted them to carry out a second test to verify the 1st
amazing results ... at their own expense. No bias here on the part of
the product manufacturer!
You should try "the snake oil" for yourself!!!
