Good luck!  Different areas have different risks.  In our last move my
'small town' insurance went from $150.00 per year to $110.00 PER MONTH!

I freaked on them and checked everywhere, but I moved to the highest
risk area around and to a different province, so was screwed...

There are various internet services that will give out comparable rates
for your area or you should find a good insurance broker that have
several companies to choose from.

Go to google and type in "Auto insurance."

I think it might be cheaper to get  it for a year and just cancel. I am not
sure how that works, however.
