It depends on the vinyl, some it just gives a rich, deep look, others it

All, on some surfaces the low shine version looks better.

Perhaps. I haven't used the stuff in 12+ years. And since I stopped
using it I don't have the vinyl cracking problem that I always had back
when I did use it. Perhaps it's is a better product today. I use only
plain warm water (no soap) now.
