Most priests are not pedophiles and I think most people realize that. Certainly, none of the priests in any of the parishes I have ever attended has ever been charged with pedophilia. Now, there are pedophiles in society at large. I may have inadvertently given money to one of them while he or she worked in a business. I have met pedophiles. One was a teacher.
