I am looking at a demo with 5000 miles on it. The price they are
offering me is about $3200 less than the sticker of $37,930 and about
$1100 less than the Edmunds TMV value. Anyone tell me if this is a good
mark down for a demo?

You could probably get the same marked down price or better for a new
vehicle if you have any negotiating skills.   Keep in mind that the
sticker (factory sticker - NOT dealer made up one)   price is inflated
and becomes the "let's see if you can talk me off this bullshit
price".
