Micra problem?

On the dash of a car I'm about to buy, I find that the Immobelizer
light (Car with key in the middle, shaped red light) sometimes flashes
when driving th car. 96 Micra.

This model has no key for door, but has a key for the ignition.

Is this normal.. or easy to fix?

You might take a look at this link, they are discussing the Immobelizer
on the Micra, I've never even heard of a Micra until your post.

Datsun... er Nissan doesn't sell that model in the US.
