alternater

have a 1990 dodge truck alternater went replaced it it worked for about10
minures and stoped working took it out took it back yo shucks tested it they
said it was fine put it back in same thing works for a minute or so then
nothing the battery is good had it charged and tested could yhe alternater be
bad even though it test good or is there something else going on

Exactly how do you know the alternator isn't working?  Dashboard
meters & their wiring often fail.  If you really want to know, use a
clamp-on DC current meter on the alternator-battery lead.

Does you vehicle have a voltage regulator?  If so, replace it.  If
not, replace the cables from alternator to battery and battery to
ground.
