My car wont stop

My car wont stop and I nocked over the garbige cans with it and hit
the garrage dore.  My naybor said I mabye need some new parts for the
car.  I think he said I need a new starter and some kind of filangie.
I called the guy who sold me the car but his fone was discunicted.  I
got the car 7 or 8 yeers ago so mabye he mooved.  Do you have any of
these parts to sell too me. Or mabye you got a frend who can sell me
to it.

It's not the starter that you need, it's the STOPPER that must be
replaced.
