And if someone dies, then maybe there will be a death sentence for these
offenders.  But will this really fix the problems with Capitalism? No.

Its not 'the problem with capitalism.' There is no perfect world, all
we can do is compare the options, and capitalism, with all its issues,
comes out best. Under a command economy, eg ussr, the problems are
bigger, the resulting deaths more numerous.

Capitalism should be called unregulated capitalism. That is what we
have. It is predatory and makes their own rules. They have exemted
themselves from moral behavior and Law. Our government is comprised of
Globalist Big Business members or their Lawyers and Developers.

no, but it is lobbied by them, and it shows.

Back to brake pads, I think people may assume that if they buy their
pads from a reputable supplier, they needn't worry. Unfortunately this
is not the case. I've had one set of such that disintegrted in normal
use, and wont ever buy form them again. I also know of someone that
bought a set at a very low price from a disreputable supplier and
never had any problem with them.

Captalism is suicidal by nature.  The USSR had a lot of help from the USA when
it came to collapse.

Capiatlism is not normal Commerce. It is Supply Side Government
andEconomics by Merchants, more appropriately Globalist Merchants that
respect no soverignty and have no fielty to any Country or even their
own neighbors. Marxist China is Capitalist.
