If anyone is considering the purchase of the Cool Start RS 900v by Crime
Stopper -- don't do it!

You will get NO support for the device in the event of a failure. My car had
the unit installed. During a recent storm a tree branch crashed through the
windshield of my car and destroyed the small unit that attaches to the
windshield. I contacted LogJam Electronics (the seller) and asked to
purchase a new part. I was told they do not sell parts, just the entire
unit! So I now have a $375 remote control device that is worthless!

Don't get caught in the same mess. Do not purchase these units.
