Chevy barretta won't turn

Is this a possible problem with the starter or ignition coil if the car
sounds like it wants to turn over but cannot seem to start?   It's
definitley not the battery.  What to check?

is it getting fuel, spark??

is it already flooded, try pressing gas pedal to floor and turning key.

   Coolant leaking onto top of piston can cause it, as liquid doesn't
compress when starter attempts to crank engine (& compress!).  Hope it's not
this, but removing plugs will tell.  If it spins then, it'll prolly shoot
coolant out 1 or more spark plug holes.  Good luck, s
