"Cheap" and Good" are usually mutually exclusive terms in automotive
service and repair.
Anybody who is good at all, has all the business he can handle, and has no
need to cut rates.
Somebody working out of his trunk in your back yard cannot be that good or
he would be working for a fair salary for the guy with the busy shop.
Supply and demand........

The classic phrase is "Good, Fast, Cheap, pick any two."
