I have a 2000 Honda Civic EX and one of the the A/C fans (on the
passenger side) is not working.  I can still spin the fan manually, so
does the motor need to be replaced? Is there a way that I can fix the
problem on my own?  Thanks for any suggestions.

Is there voltage supplied to the fan?

Well,  I unplugged the connector to the condenser fan. Then ran two
wires from the fan motor to the battery to test out the motor.  The fan
did not spin, so I think that's the only problem.  Do you know why the
fan would break, I had it replaced probably 2 years ago.  Anyway, I
would prefer to fix the problem myself to save money.  Except I really
don't know how to take it out and install the condenser shroud/motor.
Any help is appreciated.  Thanks!

Be sure that the voltage supplied to the fan is OK, take a look by voltage
meter or test lamp. Sometimes occurred a bad switch or control unit.
