Good student discount.
Best way to get a low rate as a teen is to drive an old 4 banger.

there's no way a supra would cost you the same as a buick century, i'm
19 i got a 4 banger and pay $500 every 6 months same coverage for a 93
n/a 300zx i want not even the twin turbo one is 1100... i dont even
wanna kno the twin turbo rate...

Ive talked to the lady at my insurance company, and she told me that it
will be the exact same as my century right now. She looked up about 5
cars and for liability, it doesnt change. But I also have a discount
from my parents for good driving I think, and for drivers ed. I lost
another discount due to a ticket over a year and a half ago, but its
all the same for liability. I cant afford full coverage right now.
