The EPA also verifies claims of improved mileage. Since you are claiming they have tested the product, how about a link to their report that "proves" it improves mileage. Maybe you are a true believe in this stuff, but i am 99.9% certain it is a scam. I checked the list of fuel saving devices tested by the EPA and "Ultimate ME2" is not listed (see http://www.epa.gov/otaq/consumer/reports.htm ). Perhaps it was tested under another name? I searched the entire EPA site for "Ultimate ME2" and there is no reference to this product. Anyway, anthing that you can find out that is negative, is an asset for me as far as my knowledge of the product I am representing. I certainly do not want to misrepresent the products that I sell. I have been in Industrial Sales for over 40 years, and my integrity I hope to withold. All the additives tested were ineffective. I am sure Ultimate ME2" is a scam as well. My only question is whether you are a scam artist or someone scammed by a scam artist.
