I have a 99 Silverado, and I want to remove the Z71 decal.  How do I
do that?  Also, I found a different decal that I want to apply in the
same place as the one I intend to remove.  How do I apply the new one?

Try using a hair dryer to soften the adhesive, and then just
peel the decal off.

If the new decal isn't the self-sticking variety with the usual
peel-off wax paper backing, and it isn't the sort that you mois-
ten, you'll have to apply some sort of adhesive yourself.  What
kind?  Dunno.  I'll defer to somebody else on that.
