Checking out the factory manual is interesting at best. In section C
Chart A it shows to be 43 PSI. Is this correct?

My 94 ran 43 at the rails, key on, not running. Should hold for a bit
also, once the key is off, which my wasn't. Found a leak in
diaphragm of the pressure regulator.

Checked mine again and it was at 38 and not 43. I changed the filter
and checked it again and it is holding 43. Thanks for your help.

43 lbs is the correct pressure, but that number is relative to manifold
pressure which is negative (under vacuum) at idle.
