My '88 C4 looked pretty snappy except for the ratty door window seals. They
were brittle and broken. I ordered a pair of replacements from Zip Corvette
Parts:

It was money well spent! It took me about an hour or so to change them out
and it makes the car look years newer.

$80. (including shipping) and they fit just like new.

Thanks for the post.  Seals have been on the shelf for a couple of
months now.  Incidentally, the local Corvette shop wants $ 150 per door
to do the job.

PJ, if you're going to install a set of these window seals, the corvette
magazine instructions are pretty good except the old clip removal
directions. I used a screwdriver that was grinded to a sharp chisel end and
i tapped the end of the driver with a hammer until the inserted portion of
the clip broke. They're made of thin metal and they split easily. The second
door took me literally 10 minutes. I also didn't have to unplug the door
panels, i just supported them underneath so there was no tension on the
wires or plugs.
If you get nervous email me.

Yepper I have done mine also. But I broke a clip off of one of the new
ones...
They were extremely brittle, and ZIP sent me another set with no question.
