Hi,
I am in grad school and am working on an assignment about cars. My
group and I are conducting some research, and would love input from
everyone!
We have designed a survey to gather information. It is not a quick
survey, but it will not take too long either :)
Please help us with our research!!

Check out the survey at:
http://www.surveymonkey.com/s.asp?u=135523327008

Thanks!
Becca

This is not really for a grad school project is it?  My suspicions are
that the survey is somehow connected with marketing research for Cadillac.

As in for a 2008 Cadillac CTS?  I agree.
Stopped input after Q6.

Tut Tut, Becca.

Look at the web site you go to and read the questions.

Keep in mind, they ask you to answer the questions, but they don't ask if
you are answering honestly.

The real cue is the page titles.

Ahhh, <wipes tear from eye>  that phrase alays brings back the lyrical
majesty that is... Full metal Jacket. <wibbly-wobbly 70s TV 'remembering'
effect>...

Gunnery Sergeant Hartman: I'll bet you're the kind of guy that would f.ck a
person in the a.s and not even have the goddam common courtesy to give him a
reach-around.
--
Gunnery Sergeant Hartman: Were you born a fat, slimy, scumbag puke piece a'
sh.t Private Pyle, or did you have to work on it?
--
Gunnery Sergeant Hartman: How tall are you, private?
Private Cowboy: Sir, five-foot-nine, sir.
Gunnery Sergeant Hartman: Five-foot-nine, I didn't know they stacked sh.t
that high.
--
Gunnery Sergeant Hartman: Only steers and queers come from Texas, Private
Cowboy. And you don't look much like a steer to me so that kinda narrows it
down. Do you suck dicks?
--
Gunnery Sergeant Hartman: Did your parents have any children that lived?
--
Gunnery Sergeant Hartman:  I admire your honesty. Hell, I like you, you can
come over to my house and f.ck my sister!
--
Gunnery Sergeant Hartman: You little scumbag! I got your name, I got your
a.s! You will not laugh, you will not cry, you will learn by the numbers, I
will teach you! Now get up off your face! Pvt. Joker you better unfuck
yourself before I unscrew your head and sh.t down your neck!

Boy, you must have had a tough time in the 70's!! That movie was more like
LATE 80's.  Probably close to 1990 if memory serves.

Actually IMDB shows it as 1987.  Guess my drugs took a few years to wear
off too :-)

No, no, no - I know FMJ was a late 80's film, but no-one can beat a 70's TV
wibbly-wobbly effect - you know, such as when a character in a soap
'remembers' something and we're treated to a 'ripple' effect which fades us
out of the present and into the 'remembered' scene. That's your
'wibbly-wobbly' effect.

Oh, so that's the technical term! Who knew that our little news group
could be so educational?
