Not all the chemical ingredients evaporate and the wors case would be if it
soaked into the body fiber.
Though, I can't see GM allowing that to happen when because of the hole,
they know it would happen.
I can't see a hose, but there has to be one.

The hose feeds a spill back into the filler tube and it will not leach
into the fiber, that went by the wayside in 1984.
