I have a 1999 Chevy Malibu and my gas gauge stopped working properly. Anyone
have any ideas as to what might have caused this?

Make sure your tail lites and break lites are all working. Let me know
if this helped.

I occasionally get some water in them whenever it rains, but they all work.
Now I'm learning that whenever I turn the car off completely and back on,
the gas gauge works again and goes out whenever I depress the gas paddle
suddenly.
