Car runs for awhile then dies. We have checked  the fuel pressure its stays
up when the car is running .Then it drops to 10 psi when the car is off. GM
Dealer put a new fuel pump about  3 yrs ago. We have also changed the fuel
filter. Thanks for all your help.

Unless the replacement pump has gone bad, the most likely cause of a fuel
pressure problem is the regulator. The Haynes manual has a pretty good
section on the fuel system, including checking the regulator.
